Kona currently offers one shipping option within the United States: USPS Priority Mail with a standard delivery time of 1-3 days. The cost for shipping is based upon total order amount and volume of total order.

Do we ship internationally?

Yes – we now ship to over 100 countries and territories!
PO Boxes – At this time, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

How do we ship?

Parcel – USPS Priority Mail. Unless requested by the carrier, we do not require a signature for delivery. If you are not home, a note will be left with directions on how to receive your order. Help is always available at konaparts@konaworld.com.

Returns, Damages, Lost Package Policy

Domestic and International Orders Return Policy:
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please call KONA USA or email us at konaparts@konaworld.com and we’ll provide you with further instructions on whether and to where returns should be shipped, and the amount of the refund. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited by PayPal in the same currency and exchange rate as your original tender. To ensure we credit you properly, please include your packing slip and complete the information, including your telephone number, so we may call you with any questions. Please note that shipping fees are not refunded for preference returns.
Please allow three (3) weeks for the return transit time, plus an additional 4 business days upon receipt for the return to be completed and the refund to be issued to your account. If you provide an email address, konaparts@konaworld.com will send an email when your return has been received and processed.
