Shipping and Policies

Kona currently offers two shipping options within the United States: USPS Priority Mail and FedEx with a standard delivery time of 1-3 days. The cost for shipping is based upon total order amount and volume of total order. *Please note orders may ship via either carrier. If you would like a parcel shipped via a specific carrier, please note that during the order process, prior to checkout.

Do we ship internationally?

Yes – we now ship to over 100 countries and territories!
PO Boxes – Will ship via USPS.

How do we ship?

Parcel – USPS Priority Mail and FedEx. Unless requested by the carrier, we do not require a signature for delivery. If you are not home, a note will be left with directions on how to receive your order. Help is always available at weborders@konaworld.com.

Shipping Time Frame

Shipping time frames are dependent on various factors such as items selected and shipping destination. During checkout, a more accurate shipping estimate will be provided. Please see below for a summary of estimated delivery schedule for international orders:

Returns/Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased or it is the incorrect item, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, and other charges.

  • You are responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with a return
  • Refunds will be processed through Paypal, we do not offer store credits
  • All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging (unused/unworn)

**If the incorrect item was sent, we will send a pre-paid shipping label

If you would like to exchange an unused/uninstalled/unworn item, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery. Once returned to our Warehouse and inspected, the exchange will be mailed out.

  • You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs associated with an exchange
  • All exchanged items must be in their original condition and packaging (unused/unworn)
